1. What browser applications are compatible with MASWeb?
Windows version of Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2 and above is the only currently supported browser application with MASWeb.

2. How do I access fields to modify the information?
Simply click the "update" button on the given window. If an "update" button is not available, then contact your Central Station directly to have them modify the information for you.

3. I am receiving a message asking me to select an application to view the report in. What do I need to do?
If you are receiving this message, or one similar, then this would imply that you do not have Adobe Acrobat Viewer installed on your computer.

4. When will the Central Station receive my requested change?
When you save your change, the change is immediately sent to the Central Station review application.

5. When will my change be reviewed and my pending cleared?
The Central Station can review change requests at any time.

6. How do I use the advanced search option for the agency Lookup?
Simply enter in the information that you know for the given agency(s) you are searching for (i.e. City, State, phone prefix, etc.) If you do not receive the desired result from this search, then return to the advanced search window and redefine your search criteria to a broader range (i.e. only search for City and State).

7. Why does my counter on my home page for number of pendings on the system say 15 (for example), but when I select the hyperlink I only see 8?
Since there can be multiple pendings on a given account, the account would be listed only once. To see detailed list of your pendings, simply run the Pending Request report.

8. Can I access MASWeb from anywhere?
Since MASWeb is a website accessed through the internet, you can access MASWeb from anywhere in the world.

9. When I do a search, I see single arrow buttons and double arrow buttons. What do they do?
The single arrow button will advance you through your search results one page at a time. The double arrow button will advance you to the last/first page of your search results.
